We collect information you provide directly, including wallet addresses, challenge participation data, and exercise performance metrics. We also collect technical data about your device and usage patterns.
Our AI exercise counting system processes camera video from your device to count exercise repetitions and assess whether movement is valid. Video is processed locally when possible, but we may also capture and store screenshots, clips, full recordings, and related metadata when needed for cheating prevention, fraud review, dispute resolution, customer support, product debugging, safety review, or service improvement. Authorized staff and service providers may access this data only when reasonably necessary for those purposes.
We collect wallet addresses for identity verification and transaction processing. We do not store private keys or have access to your funds. All blockchain transactions are recorded on public ledgers.
We use your data to provide the service, verify challenge completions, detect abuse, investigate suspicious activity, process payments, maintain leaderboards, respond to support requests, and improve our exercise-recognition and anti-fraud systems. We may also use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics, research, and product improvement. With your explicit consent, we may additionally use your exercise videos and related data for AI model training and development.
We do not sell your personal information except where you separately and explicitly opt in to a data monetization or AI-training program. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the product, including infrastructure, storage, analytics, fraud-prevention, blockchain, and payment providers. Challenge participation and leaderboards are public by nature, but exercise videos and screenshots are not made public by default. With your explicit consent, we may share exercise data with third parties for AI training purposes.
With your explicit consent, we may use your exercise videos, screenshots, and related data to train and improve AI models. This data may be shared with third-party AI companies or sold for AI training purposes. You will always have the option to opt-in or opt-out of this data usage, and can withdraw consent at any time. Opting out will not affect your ability to use our core fitness challenge services.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal, operational, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution requirements. You may also request data portability where applicable and can withdraw consent for AI-training or data-monetization uses at any time. Certain records may be retained for security, abuse prevention, payment, accounting, or legal compliance purposes even after an account or challenge is closed.
